The services offered by Zimplu CRM are provided by the company Nexus Electronics SRL, headqurtered in Romania. As a Zimplu CRM user with EU residence, Nexus Electronics SRL is the "controller" of your personal data for the purposes of EU data protection law.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and / or site registrations) and to notify visitors about updates to our web site.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or

  • as otherwise required by law.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USAGE

When you register for Zimplu we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information.

Zimplu uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

WAYS TO CONTROL DISPLAY AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Consumers can access this information by visiting Settings page in Zimplu. Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information, financial information.

If you are habitually located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, download or erase your information, as well as the right to restrict and object to certain processing of your information. In certain cases, we may continue to process your information after you have withdrawn consent if we have a legal basis to do so or if your withdrawal of consent was limited to certain processing activities.

KEEPING INFORMATION SECURE

Your Zimplu account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.

Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

OTHER TERMS

Zimplu uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Zimplu. Although Zimplu owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Zimplu service, you retain all rights to your data.

Zimplu may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Zimplu may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Zimplu primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

TRANSFERS

The Services are operated from Romania. If you are located outside of Romania and choose to use the Services or provide information to us, you acknowledge and understand that your information will be transferred, processed and stored in Romania, as it is necessary to provide the Services and perform the Terms of Service. Romania privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
